Engaged in the development of prehospital and emergency medical service (EMS) policies in collaboration with WHO and ICRC, focusing on operational readiness, coordination models, and system resilience in resource-limited and conflict-affected countries.

This work integrates innovation, technology, and design-based approaches to strengthen preparedness frameworks and advance evidence-informed policy in humanitarian and emergency health systems.

 

PUBLICATIONS

Author and co-author of studies on hospital and prehospital emergency preparedness, CBRN response, and disaster medicine in conflict-affected regions.

Contributor to WHO–ICRC collaborative reviews and national emergency medical service frameworks in low-resource and post-conflict settings.
